In 2013, Eternal Technical Supporting Co., Ltd. partnership with Equinox Training Services Co., Ltd., and started HIA (Hospitality Institute Of Asia) aiming to improve human resources and conduct Food Services, Capacity building, Training Residence Services.

Equinox Training Centre Aung Ban was established in 2023 with the aim to enhance the capacity of human resources and improve the future by providing international standard training both in vocation and agriculture sectors.

The centre provided agriculture training for the local farmers in collaboration with Swiss Contact Services Myanmar and Myanmar Institute for Integrated Development in 2023. The facilities are provided to Dekina Agriculture Business and Management Institute to run training for local farmers in the region in 2023 and 2024.
